Faculty Development

Our faculty development workshops are meant to train faculty in the creation and implementation of CUREs and UREs at our institution. Research Assistant support is available for URE implementation.

CURE stands for Course-Based Undergraduate Research Experience (for instance, through implementing a research project as part of a course, either as a single assignment or as a series of related assignment throughout part of the semester or even the full semester).

URE stands for Undergraduate Research Experience (outside of a course, for example through mentorship or participation in undergraduate research programs).
